Thunder strikes twice. Thor returns to the nine realms with a storm that feels bigger, louder and far from finished. Scatter Pay & Chain Reaction
No paylines, no limits. The reels hit hard from every angle. Landing 8 or more symbols of the same type anywhere on screen pays a win determined by the total number of matching symbols shown at the end of the spin. When symbols form a win, they disappear and new ones drop in, potentially forming new wins.
Wild Symbols & Multipliers
The Wilds on these reels do not disappear quietly. They substitute for all paying symbols and when they take part in a win they do not vanish in the chain reaction but convert into Multiplier symbols instead. All Multiplier symbols are added together at the end of all chain reactions. Multiplier values include x2, x3, x4, x5, x6, x8, x10, x12, x15, x20, x25, x50, x100, x250, x500 and x1,000.
Free Spins
The storm arrives when 4 or 5 Scatters land in a spin, triggering 15 Free Spins or Super Free Spins respectively. Landing 3 or 4 Scatters during Free Spins awards 5 additional spins, and 4 Scatters also upgrade the remaining spins to Super Spins. At the start of the bonus round two options appear. Picking one reveals which type of Free Spins have been won: Storm Spins or Thunder Spins.
Storm Free Spins
The storm builds up and doesn't let go. In Storm Free Spins every Multiplier value that takes part in a win is added to a running total saved above the reels. That total does not reset until the bonus round ends. Each time a new Multiplier contributes to a win it is added to the existing total.
In Storm Super Spins every Multiplier symbol holds a minimum of x5 and the total Multiplier applies to every win, including wins without a new Multiplier.
Thunder Free Spins
Thunder takes a different approach. In Thunder Free Spins all Multiplier and Wild symbols are replaced with Keeper Wilds and a 3 level progress bar appears alongside the reels. Each level has 3 steps and every Keeper Wild that lands fills one step. The Keeper Wild that fills the last step of a level converts into a Multiplier symbol holding the value shown on the bar for that level: x25, x100, and x500.
In Thunder Super Spins, Keeper Wilds turn into Multiplier symbols with a minimum value of x5 and the progress bar levels pay x50, x250, and x1,000. Once the last level of the progress bar is filled and converts, the bar resets and all level values are set to the multiplier of the last level, allowing it to be won multiple times.
